Analýza financování reálné investice podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of financing the real company investments. The aim of this work is to assess various options of financing using net present value. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the characterization of sources of funding, their classification and criteria for financing. The costs of capital and method of discounted cost are listed below. Practical part is focused on the characterization of investment, the input calculations and assessment of the various financing options are also stated there. From the calculations it was found that optimal method of financing the real company investments is a bank loan with an anuity payment. In conclusion, the impact of changes in interest rates and the capital cost of equity in turn benefit of the various options of financing were assessed using sensitivity analysis.
