Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of INCOTERMS delivery terms, which are recognized international rules all over the world, mostly with their characteristics and a more detailed analysis of the latest version of INCOTERMS 2010. The next part is focused on the preparation of INCOTERMS in 2020. The thesis also deals with the analysis of delivery terms at Robertshaw and choosing the delivery terms from the position as an exporter. In the last part there are suggestions to change the use of delivery terms and conditions in connection with the upcoming amendment of INCOTERMS 2020.
