Regenerace panelového sídliště Ostrava-Dubina

Abstract

The main goal of this work is proposing regeneration of part prefab housing estate in Ostrava Dubina, which will lead to the evaluation of the status settlement. Bachelor thesis focuses to make solutions for automobile and pedestrian traffic, static traffic, public and street spaces, landscape changes and leisure activities sectors. After thorough analysis of the current state of the specified area, I designed a suitable solution for removing all deficiencies. The whole work design was influenced by the deficiency of parking areas. Because of it I designed one pallet and two surface parking. Pedestrian roads have also changed. Public traffic was escorted out of the area and inhabitants can use space between the houses. This space was used as a resting area for residents, including areas for leisure activities.
