Posouzení efektivnosti investice centralizovaného řízení železničního provozu

Abstract

The thesis "Investment efficiency assessment of a centralized railway traffic management" is concerned with assessing the efficiency of an investment project in the centralized management of railway traffic in ArcelorMittal Ostrava (Inc). In this thesis an analysis of a current state of management is conducted, where comprehensive, relatively small transport units, are each controlled individually from one control room. Subsequently one stage of the construction project of the AMO siding (area of St.3/OSO) is analyzed. This stage is analyzed in view of various criteria. The result of the analysis is a decision on the choice of solution, followed by a draft of the solution, a specification of estimated construction costs and a correction of investment efficiency.
