Analýza podniku s následnými návrhy na zlepšení

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis directly corresponds with a task. I analyzed choosen company and recommended suggestions and changes by the results of analyze. I got important information by the professional methods and reached the aim by them. Individual aims of this work are increase of human sources effectivity in the company, management comunication with employees, systém of evaluation and development of technological hinterland. The company got a lot´s of information through the bachelor thesis. The company has positiv attitude to the suggested changes and I will continue with gradual installation of changes with a owner of the company. The bachelor thesis consists of introduction, theoretical part, practical part, metodology and suggestions. In the conclusion of work I do total summary of discussed topic and reaction of company to my recommendation.
