Srovnání digitální konkurenceschopnosti a rozvoje eGovernmentu v Evropě

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the development of eGovernment from several perspectives. The theoretical part describes eGovernment and blockchain technology, which is an important aspect of the eGovernment implementation. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out what macroeconomic factors influence eGovernment implementation in the European Union countries. The eGovernment survey is based on the EGDI (E-Government Development Index) and specifically focuses on providing e-services according to the OSI (Online Service Index) subindex. The thesis focuses on EU member states within the longest possible period (2003-2020). The work also includes a comparison of the dependence of macroeconomic factors and two independent sub-indices measuring the availability and quality of digital public services of the EGDI index and DESI of the EU member states in 2020.
