Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the company RBR Betón, a. s., which stem from its internal environment. To better understand their impact on the company’s competitiveness, opportunities and threats from the external environment were also analysed. The thesis combines strategic and financial analysis to provide a comprehensive view of the current situation of the enterprise. The theoretical part defines key concepts and analytical tools, while the practical part applies methods such as PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, VRIO, 7S, and SWOT. The financial analysis evaluates indicators of profitability, liquidity, indebtedness, and operational efficiency. The results serve as a basis for recommendations aimed at improving company performance and setting its strategic direction.
