Komparace vybraných podílových fondů v České republice

Abstract

The aim of this study is to compare selected bond and equity mutual funds. The work is divided into three basic parts. The first one is focused on the characteristics of collective investment and basic subjects. The second part contains a description of the investment companies and bond and equity funds that they manage. In the last part, there are characterized two model entities and then attention is paid to the practical comparison of mutual funds. There is also a summary of the results of the various methods and recommendations of optimal products. The comparison is made on the basis of five criteria, which are a risk, total cost of the fund, the size of assets of the fund and management experience. Using the methods of multi-criteria decision making, weighted sum approach and Saaty´s method, it was chosen the optimal product for model entities.
