Analýza personální činnosti ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis aims to analyze personnel activity in the Hyundai-Motor Ltd. and propose appropriate measures for their improvement. After the introductory section is an overview of the theoretical part of the thesis, the current requirements of human resource management on personal activities, namely receiving and employee selection, compensation and employee benefits. The practical part interpret the findings of the current state of activities in society. The final section is focused on evaluating the state of HRM in the company.
