Zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců v hotelovém podniku

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců v hotelovém podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stav motivace zaměstnanců a odměňovacího systému podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část práce je se soustředí na teoretická a metodologická východiska související s daným tématem. Druhá část se věnuje charakteristice vybraného podniku a jeho odměňovacího systému. Dále jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky z pozorování, dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Na jejich základě je zpracován návrh doporučení pro zlepšení aktuálního systému odměňování a zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců.

The topic of this thesis is an evaluation of the employee compensation and motivation system in a hotel business. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of employee motivation and the company’s compensation system. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The first section focuses on the theoretical and methodological foundations related to the given topic. The second part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company and its compensation system. Furthermore, the results of observations, a questionnaire survey, and interviews are evaluated. Based on these, a set of recommendations is formulated to improve the current compensation system and increase employee motivation.
