dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá potencionálním nebezpečí a riziky týkající se využívání dronů u HZS ČR. V první kapitole práce jsou stanoveny základní pojmy pro orientaci v problematice UAS. Je popsán všeobecný legislativní rámec, konstrukce a vybavení UAS. Druhá kapitola rozebírá současné fungování a výbavu HZS ČR v oblasti nasazení UAS. V třetí kapitole jsou identifikovány rizika a nebezpečí která, mohou UAS představovat. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje SWOT analýzu UAS a její vyhodnocení. V závěrečné kapitole páté jsou stanovena bezpečnostní opatření UAS pro HZS ČR.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the potential dangers and risks related to the use of drones in the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. In the first chapter of the thesis, basic concepts for orientation in the issue of UAS are established. The general legislative framework, construction, and equipment of UAS are described. The second chapter discusses the current functioning and equipment of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic in the field of UAS deployment. The third chapter identifies the risks and hazards that UAS may pose. The fourth chapter contains a SWOT analysis of UAS and its evaluation. In the final chapter five, the safety measures of UAS for the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic are set out.en
