Abstract

The thesis is focused on the intensity of water erosion and subsequent erosion control measures on selected agricultural land in the cadastral Hrachovec, Zašová and Veselá. The first part of this work consists mainly of literary research, which deals with issues of water erosion and possible erosion control measures on agricultural lands. Another section is devoted to the characterization of selected sites and their natural conditions. Following practical part, which is aimed at calculating individual factors and the subsequent calculation of the average long-term loss of soil through the universal soil loss equation. The result of this thesis is the fact that water erosion is threatened by over 53 % of agricultural land. Interest on the plots is the average soil loss of more than 4 t·ha-1·rok-1. On the essence of calculation are then designed erosion control measures, whose task is to reduce the intensity of water erosion on the permissible value. The thesis is supplemented by mapping documentation done in ArcGIS and photos.
