Návrh víceúčelového objektu na ul. Hladnovské, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

This Bachelor paper deals with the project of a multipurpose property of civic amenities on the spot of the cultural centre on Hladnovská street, in Silezian Ostrava. The property is designed as a two storey property, equipped with a pediatric surgery, social hall, complemented with a coffe room and premises for a sports self-realization with a sauna. The paper also contains utilities connection designs, a car parking solution at the property as well as utilization of the adjacent park as a residential area of this property. Among others, my thesis takes a glance at economic evaluation of the project. The Bachelor paper is elaborated to the extend of volume study, with a focus on the property layout diagram.
