Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for establishing a company in the field of social services for seniors. The theoretical part describes basic concepts in the field of business and methods of researching the market and business environment. A questionnaire survey, 7 S analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis were used for environmental research. The practical part describes the company, the services offered and the financial plan. A questionnaire survey is evaluated, analyzes are performed and evaluated. In the last part of the work, there is an evaluation of the business plan and recommendations arising from it. It is recommended to acquire more customers or cooperate with another company.
