Zhodnocení zaměstnaneckých výhod ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on employee benefits, specifically evaluation of their system in the selected company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of basic concepts in the field of employee benefits, their goals, strategies and classification. The practical part is based on introducing the company Rožnovské pivní lázně s.r.o. In the second part were identified employee benefits and the opinion from the employees. This survey was made through questionnaire survey. In-depth interviews with executives clarify staffing benefits to the depth of creation and provision. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis there are also some solutions of deficiencies resulting from the research results.
