Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of salary system in the Czech Republic at a selected municipal office. The theoretical part is devoted to legal regulation of wage and salary system in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the salary system at the selected municipal office. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the current legal regulation in relation to the acquired knowledge at the selected municipal office. The aim of this thesis is to clarify and evaluate the issue of remuneration of employees in the public sector at a selected city office.
