Abstract
This bachelor thesis analyses possibilities of drive of trolley crane in the industrial company. It describes ordinarily use regulation of speed with use of asynchronous motor with slip ring armature and rezistors in rotor circuit. Next it engages in modern way of solves drives with use of squirrel cage motor and frequency converter. It compares qualites of both types of drives especially on the base measuring of electrical parameters in real operation of crane. Next chapters engage in evaluation of measured results, comparison in the respect of power, consumption, power factor , back action for power supply. In the end I refer to several perceptions and experiences from the early months operating new cranes.
