Finanční analýza vybrané stavební společnosti

Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis „Financial analysis of the selected construction company“ is to evaluate the financial health and stability of Ridera Stavební a. s. on the basis of the selected methods of financial analysis in years 2012-2016. As the result, appropriate procedures will be recommended. Thesis is devided into two parts. The theoretical part is dedicated to particular methods of financial analysis. It contains introduction of the given topic, key concepts and sources. The practical part presents Ridera Stavební a. s. company and uses all the mentioned methods in practice. The final part evaluates financial condition of the selected company and recommends steps which should lead to an improvement of the situaion.
