Finanční analýza podniku z hutnického průmyslu

Abstract

Purpose of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial health of the wire drawing company. Financial analysis for this evaluation is based on the financial statements for the period of 2017 to 2021. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two basic parts, namely the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part can be found selected methods of financial analysis, their procedures, and calculations. These methods are applied in the practical part to a selected company from the metallurgical industry. In this bachelor thesis are primarily used ratio indicators, which gives us a high-quality overview of the company's development. There are also bonity and bankruptcy models, economic value added EVA, pyramid decomposition of ROE and intercompany spider comparison analysis of two competing businesses. At the end of this bachelor thesis are summarized strong a weak points of the company. Afterwards, from the results of the analysis, a recommendation is made for the company.
