Abstract

This is bachelor thesis on "Corporate Enterprise and Recodification". The theoretical part informs about the characteristics of a limited company, general issues and their historical changes. It continues with discussed the most important changes relating to the recodification of the limited company. The practical part consists of setting up and rising of the company, the transfiguration of existing companies to new conditions and the vast majority consists of the analysis of information from a questionnaire about the views of the owners of a limited company on recodification.
