Abstract

This diploma work deals with formation of business plan for establishing of outdoor agency. My diploma work is divided into two parts. In theoretical part, I concern the definition of business plan terms and marketing research. I also describe the activities connected with the founding of the company, tourism and outdoor activities. In practical part, I inquire, by using questionnaire survey, the knowledge about outdoor agencies, the popularity of these activities and the reguests in a outdoor activities sphere. I applied the questionnaire survey and the interview during the research.
