Abstract

Restaurant PANORAMA – Setting up a Limited Company The purpose of this thesis is creating or drawing out the simplest and best process of founding the limited liability company for other starting enterpreneurs. The thesis consists of two parts – theoretical and practical. Theoretical part of my thesis is devoted to basic terms concerning the enterpreneurship, definition of small and middle enterpreneurship and its main pros and cons. This part also includes the forms of business and short charasteristics of these forms. The final part of the theoretical part consists of business plan. Practical part is focused on simulation of founding the company and elaborating its prospectus. For these purposes I founded limited liability company, PANORAMA restaurant. Exact description of the process of founding the company with filled forms, time sequence and setting up the prospectus for the purpose of enterpreneurship, containing the cash flow for first three years, Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and definition of costs and revenues. This part represents so called manual, which is the result of my thesis.
