Abstract

The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge of gaining employees and their motivation. In the second part of the bachelor thesis, these findings are used to analyze the current state of related areas of human resources management in the company Slovácké strojírny, a.s. Subsequently, a comparison is made with two competing companies in the region in five categories. Based on analyzes and comparisons, measures have been proposed that can increase the success of the recruitment process in Slovácké strojírny, a.s. and reducing the level of retire of existing employees to competing businesses.
