Abstract
The subject of the thesis on the theme Motivation and Remuneration of Employees is to evaluate and analyze the current state of motivation and remuneration of employees in the company Č.V.PROTOTYP s.r.o. First part of the study evaluates the theoretical knowledge about motivation, rewarding and statistical evaluation. In other parts are evaluated questionnaire, independence of qualitative attributes and proposed innovations of the system.
