Analýza energetické udržitelnosti v logistické společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes energy sustainability in Logistics company, with a focus on the financial evaluation of transitioning part of the vehicle fleet from diesel to electric vehicles. The aim was to assess the economic viability of this transition and propose measures to support the company’s sustainable development. The theoretical part presents the principles of energy sustainability, the legislative framework. In the practical part, the methods used included PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and cost-benefit analysis (CBA). The main findings indicate that the project of replacing 32 diesel vehicles with electric ones is economically beneficial, leading to lower operating costs and significant reductions in CO₂ emissions. The thesis confirms that sustainability in logistics can bring not only environmental but also financial benefits.
