Možnosti zvýšení výkonnosti firmy v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract

Hlavní cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit výkonnost výroby podniku pomocí metody Balanced scorecard (BSC) a podat zpětnou vazbu o úspěšnosti realizované strategie firmy. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy a metody řízení podniku. Je zde uvedena charakteristika podniku a rovněž byly definovány klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti, které budou v rámci BSC sledovány a měřeny. Druhá, praktická část obsahuje implementaci metody. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny návrhy doporučení, které povedou k zlepšení výkonnosti podniku.

The main goal of the bachelor’s thesis is to find out the performance of the company through the method Balanced scorecard (BSC) and to give any feedback about the success of realized strategy. The Bachelor’s thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, specifies a key concepts and methods of management. There is a characterization of the firm and also the key performance indicators are defined that will be tracked and measured in BSC. The second, pragmatic part contains the implementation of the method. In the last part, there is a proposal of recommendation to get better the performance of Brose company.
