Přístupy k aplikaci sociální politiky v severských zemích a v České republice

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is evaluate standard of social systems in the Nordic countries and the Czech republic and suggest possible modifications or arrangements in social security system in the Czech republic. To achieve the aim, it is used description and comparison. There are choosen countries for research – Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and the Czech republic. In first chapter there are described general characteristics of social policy and typology of welfare states and there is sketched development of social policies of the Nordic countries and the Czech republic. In second chapter there are analyzed social-economic indicators and there are compared social systems of Scandinavia and the Czech republic in funcional and financial terms. In third chapter there are sketched prepared measures and changes in social security system of the Czech republic. There are added own proposals of changes and advices within pension scheme and state social security benefits.
