Spokojenost s prací

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce byl průzkum spokojenosti s prací zaměstnanců ve společnosti INVEST CZ. Diplomová práce obsahuje úvod, samostatné kapitoly a závěr.

Na základě využití odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů byla zpracována a vymezena teoretická východiska, která stručně objasňují základní pojmy, které souvisí s pracovní spokojeností a pracovní motivací.

V praktické části, která navazuje na část teoretickou, je charakterizována společnost INVEST CZ, ve které byl průzkum uskutečněn. Dále je zde popsána zvolená metoda průzkumu pracovní spokojenosti a samotný průzkum pracovní spokojenosti. Zvolenou metodou byl rozhovor, který byl uskutečněn s osmi zaměstnanci a dvěma nadřízenými společnosti INVEST CZ.

Na základě vyhodnocených rozhovorů a získaných odpovědí bylo zjištěno, že zaměstnanci společnosti INVEST CZ se cítí být v této společnosti celkem spokojení a zmíněná společnost se snaží své zaměstnance co nejvíce motivovat. Přesto z mého šetření vyplynula některá doporučení, kterým se věnuje pátá kapitola.

The goal of this thesis was a survey of satisfaction with the work of employees in the company INVEST CZ. The thesis contains an introduction, separate chapters and conclusion.

On the basis of scientific literature and Internet sources has been prepared and defined theoretical background that explains the basic concepts related to work satisfaction and work motivation.

In the practical part, which tie together to the theoretical part, is done characteristic for company INVEST CZ, in which the survey was carried out. Furthermore, there is described the method chosen for preparation of survey work satisfaction and also job satisfaction survey itself.The chosen method was an interview which was carried out with eight employees and two superiors of INVEST CZ.

On the basis of evaluation of interviews and answers, it was found that employees of INVEST CZ find themselves in the company satisfied and that the company tries to maximize motivation of their employees. In spite of this my survey revealed some suggestions which are described in the fifth chapter.
