Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza a návrh systémového řízení BOZP ve společnosti CIE Unitools Press, a.s. V této práci se v prvních kapitolách nachází teoretická část, kde je popsána návaznost jednotlivých prvků systémového řízení na vybranou legislativu. V dalších kapitolách jsou stručně popsány jednotlivé systémy řízení a systémové řízení BOZP obecně. Následuje praktická část, která se věnuje stručnému popisu vybrané organizace z hlediska strojů a zařízení, ale také pracovních pozic, které se v ní vyskytují. Dále je zde kapitola věnována samotnému výběru vhodného systému řízení BOZP. Poslední kapitoly jsou věnovány samotnému systému řízení BOZP v organizaci.

The subject of this thesis is the analysis and design of OSH management system in the company CIE Unitools Press, a. s. In this work the first chapters are theoretical part, which describes the individual elements of the control system to the selected legislation. In other chapters are briefly described various control systems and system management of occupational health and safety in general. Followed by the practical part, which is devoted to a brief description of the selected organization in terms of machinery and equipment, but also the jobs that exist in it. Then there is a chapter devoted to the selection of a suitable system of OSH management. The last chapters are devoted to the OSH management system in the organization.
