Přínos nového systému logistiky na Dole Darkov z hlediska efektivity prováděné hornické činnosti

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku současného stavu logistiky a zefektivnění tohoto procesu na Dole Darkov. Je zde v rámcích popsán systém skladování a manipulace s materiálem, sledování jeho pohybu a hospodárné nakládání. V úvodu popisuji současný stav logistiky s jeho nedostatky a chybami. V další části je návrh projektu, který definuje procesy změn směřujících k vyššímu standardu logistiky i za cenu zvýšených prvotních nákladů na realizaci. Na závěr hodnotím nejenom ekonomické přínosy navrženého systému, ale i hledisko bezpečnosti a časoprostorové vedení hornické činnosti.

The aim of this work is to characterize the present state of logistics and the ways how to increase its efficiency at the Mine Darkov. The system of material storing and manipulation is in general features described there and further also its circulation and loading. The present state of logistics with its shortages and faults is described at the first part of the work. The following part of my work presents the proposal of the project,which defines changes leading to the higher standard of logistics,even at the price of higher primary costs for its realization. Not only economic benefits but also safety view and spatiotemporal carrying out of mining activity is assessed at the conclusion of my work.
