Cestování za kulinářskými zážitky

Abstract

The theme of my bachelor´s thesis is Culinary travel experiences. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of culinary tourism. This is also includes vital associations to gastronomy, current projects for developing gastronomy, and Czech gastronomy. The current projects discussed in this section contribute to the dissemination of information to the schema_dspacedb. The portion on Czech gastronomy is discussed in a broad scale and includes economic indicators of the food and beverage services in the country. The practical part is focused on the preparation of thematic tour. This involves the creation of itinerary that makes up culinary experiences and cognition of heritage attractions along with regeneration of human power. Essential parts of the trip are cost calculation, marketing promotions and a customer satisfaction questionnaire. The main goal was to get interesting information about culinary travel trends and be able to use it for creating the culinary trip that is interesting and competitive.
