Posouzení motivace zaměstnanců prostřednictvím benefitů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the assessment of employee motivation through benefits in a selected company. The aim of the Diploma Thesis was to uncover the effectiveness of motivation with the help of benefits. While the theoretical part characterizes concepts related to motivation, benefits, remuneration and related concepts, the practical part describes the selected company, its current system of benefits and the services that the company offers. In the practical part, research was carried out using a questionnaire survey and, based on the results obtained, proposals for changes intended to increase motivation through benefits were recommended.
