Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a cartographic base for project purposes
with positional and elevation surveying of a land parcel in the cadastral area of Frýdlant nad
Ostravicí, connected to the reference systems S-JTSK and Bpv. The thesis is divided into a
theoretical part, which focuses on surveying methods, instrumentation, coordinate systems,
and related concepts, and a practical part, which includes measurement, data processing, and the creation of the cartographic base.
