Flotace tiskařských barev

Abstract

This thesis deals with flotation deinking processes using industrial flotation reagents. Thesis describes theoretical base of raw material flotation, application flotation to deinking process during paper recycling, described the production and recycling of paper, inks and printing. Reagents Montanol 508, Montanol 800, Flotanol H53, Flotalex MR2 and depressor water-glass were used for flotation deinking process, samples were newspaper paper and waxy catalogue. The evaluation was proceeded by DOC analysis and also by calorific value. The best results had Flotalex MR2 and Montanol 800, both without water-glass.
