Title: Employee Satisfaction with Communication in a Process of Organizational Change
The aim of my diploma thesis is to determine employee satisfaction with communication in the process of organizational change and evaluate its efficiency. Minor aim is to find out whether an change agent pass all the relevent pieces of information, which the employees need to their work performance in the process of change; which tools of communication in the process of change and in which measure are convenient to the employees and employers; which specific problems complicate the process of change.
To fulfill this aim the survey has been realized by interrogative method. The questional paper has been focused to map descending and ascending communication in the department.
The contribution of the thesis is the suggestion of recommendations which can help managers completely delete or minimize deficiencies found in communication in the course of organizational change in future.
