Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on the Systematic thinking, Process Improvement; explain the basic concepts and terms of Processes and Process Control, Optimization and Modelling of Business Processes and its benefits for business. Describes overview of the Modeling methods, description of software ARIS.
Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part. This is an implementation of the Process of Realization steel construction in Steel Company which is modeled of software ARIS.
