Abstract

The title of my thesis is the Analysis of corporate social responsibility. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the social responsibility in Glassworks Moravia Inc. and subsequently the company to propose steps to improve or streamline their socially responsible behavior. My thesis consists of four basic parts. The first part defines social responsibility in the scientific literature. The second part describes the company Glassworks Moravia Inc. Last, the practical part is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the analysis of social responsibility in company and evaluation the outcome of the analysis. In the second, submit proposals and measures to improve corporate responsibility in company.
