Zhodnocení zájmu vybraných firem o poradenské služby

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením zájmu vybraných firem na území České republiky o poradenské služby. V úvodu je stručně popsán cíl práce a její struktura. Druhá kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy související s poradenstvím a jeho dělení. Ve třetí kapitole je stručně definován výzkum, je zde popsán proces výzkumu, logické metody, použité v této práci, a metody sběru dat včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod. V následující části je nejprve popsán průzkum z roku 1997 a poté jsou popsány výsledky vlastního výzkumného šetření. Pátá část obsahuje srovnání obou výzkumů, shrnutí a doporučení.V závěru jsou shrnuty jednotlivé části diplomové práce a stěžejní výstupy šetření.

The objective of this master thesis is to evaluate interest of selected companies in the Czech republic in consulting services. The introduction briefly describes the aim of the thesis and its structure. The second part states basic terms related to consulting and its classification. The third chapter briefly defines a research, it describes the research process, the logical methods used in this thesis and survey methods including their advantages and disadvantages. The next part firstly describes a survey from 1997 and then the results of the survey designed by the author of the thesis. The following chapter contains a comparison of both surveys, the summary and recommendations. The individual parts of the thesis are summarized in the conclusion as well as the core outputs of the survey.
