Abstract

Theme of this thesis is „Vítkovice Hospital Employee Education and Development System“. The firt part of thesis gives a definition of system of education, education cycle and also concrete methods of education. In the second part is listed characteristic of Vítkovice Hospital. The third part analysis the current system of education neurological department in Vítkovice Hospital. For this analysis questionnaire survey method was used. The last part includes proposals and recommendations, which should lead to an improvement of the present system of education and also to more satisfied doctors and their patients.
