Česká republika v EU – ekonomické a politické aspekty členství

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou členství ČR v Evropské unii. Cílem práce je zhodnotit dopady členství ČR v EU. V práci jsou sledovány a hodnoceny pouze vybrané aspekty členství z oblasti ekonomické a politicko-právní. Práce je tématicky rozdělena do tří částí. První kapitola popisuje transformační proces ČR a charakterizuje politickou a ekonomickou situaci kandidátských zemí SVE před vstupem do Evropské unie. Druhá část práce je věnována problematice přístupového procesu, tedy od vytváření vzájemných vztahů až do samotného přistoupení. Poslední kapitola analyzuje vybrané aspekty členství.

This diploma thesis deals with issues related to membership of the Czech Republic in the European Union. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the impact of the membership of the Czech Republic in the EU. This thesis evaluates selected aspects of the membership only, in economic, political and legal area. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes transformational process of the Czech Republic and characterizes political and economic situation of candidate countries CEE before accession to the EU. The second part is devoted to issues of the access process, i.e. from the creation of mutual relations up to the accession itself. The last part analyses selected aspects of the membership.
