Abstract

Due to the fact that inventories are the part of every company it is very important to pay them adequate attention. In the theoretical section, the basic terms, which concerns the theory of inventory management, are defined. In the practical section current state of inventory is analyzed, the faults in inventory management are described and the possible was of improvement are suggested. These suggestion should lead to increase of efficacy of inventory management in the given company.
