Zhodnocení finanční situace podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti GALVAMET spol. s.r.o. za období 2010 - 2014. Práce je rozdělena do 6 kapitol. Druhá kapitola zahrnuje popis finanční analýzy, uživatele finanční analýzy, zdroje informací. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsány metody finanční analýzy. Z metod pro finanční analýzu bude použita horizontální analýza, vertikální analýza, poměrová analýza, analýza soustav ukazatelů, analýza odchylek a citlivostní analýza. Ve čtvrté kapitole je představen podnik. Tato část je také zaměřena na předmět podnikání, výrobní programy, minulý vývoj a současný stav. Dále jsou využity metody finanční analýzy v praxi. Na základě těchto výsledků je posouzen stav podniku, jeho hospodárnost a efektivnost. Pátou kapitolu uzavírá shrnutí všech výsledků.

The objective of the bachelor’s thesis is to make an evaluation of the company‘s financial situation during the years 2010-2014, which will be processed in the company GALVAMET spol. s.r.o. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The second chapter includes description of the financial analysis, its users, sources of information. The third chapter describes methods of financial analysis. From the methods of the financial analysis, the author uses horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, ratio analysis, analysis of system parameters, analysis of variance and sensitivity analysis. The fourth chapter consists of the introduction of the company GALVAMET spol. s.r.o. This chapter is focused on business object, manufacturing programs, previous development and present situation of the company. The author is using methods of financial analysis in practice. On the basis of the results, situation, effectivity and economy of the company are evaluated. The closing chapter is devoted to the recapitulation of the results.
