Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to assess the current state of inventory management in a company XYZ. Thesis contains of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are discussed terms like logistics, supplies and supplies control methods, various methods and models. In the practical part is analyzed the current state of supplies and based on performed analyzes is suggested economically optimal solution.
