Možnosti využití technických památek na území města Ostravy

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na technické památky na území města Ostravy. Zkoumá možnosti jejich využití v oblasti cestovního ruchu a rozvoje města. Cílem je zmapovat minulý, současný a budoucí stav průmyslových objektů. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze tří hlavních částí. V první části popisuji teoretická východiska dané problematiky a definuji stěžejní pojmy. Zabývám se teoretickými aspekty cestovního ruchu a technických památek jako rozdělení cestovního ruchu a jeho vývoj, druhy památek, jejich ochranou, možnostmi využití a problémy s tím spojenými. V další kapitole popisuji vybrané technické památky, jejich historii, současný stav a budoucí popř. již realizované projekty. Dále navrhuji možnost využití budovy Vítkovického nádraží. V poslední části zpracovávám dané téma v několika žurnalistických žánrech. Zpracováním své bakalářské práce jsem došla k závěru, že je v zájmu společnosti tyto památky ochraňovat a udržovat je pro další generace.

This study is devoted to technical monuments in the Ostrava region and examines its utilization in the tourism industry and for the regional development. Aim of this paper is to examine the past, current and future status of these industrial objects. The dissertation has been divided into three main sections. First part begins by laying out the theoretical dimension and introduces the basic concepts. Moreover, this part deals with an academic background of tourism and technical monuments, its development, typology, protection, usage and main problems linked with the topic. The next chapter describes selected technical monuments, its history, current status and future or already realized projects. Furthermore, the train station of Ostrava – Vítkovice was chosen for detailed analysis and a number of recommendations are provided. The last part of this study focuses on journalism and contains several different genres concerning the problematic of technical monuments. The dissertation concludes, that on behalf of society, it is essential to maintain and protect the technical monuments to preserve them for future generations.
