Abstract

MATSUR, Yulianna: Family House, Skalice. Bachelor Thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2025. Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Igor Krčmář. This bachelor thesis deals with the design and project documentation of a two-storey family house for a married couple with two children. The building is located in the village of Skalice near Frýdek-Místek, in a rural environment. The aim of the design was to create a functional and aesthetically balanced house that would respect the character of the surrounding landscape and architecture, while meeting the requirements for energy efficiency and residential comfort. The thesis includes the architectural design, spatial and structural solutions, technical equipment of the building, and an assessment of compliance with applicable building standards and regulations.
