Abstract
MATSUR, Yulianna: Rodinný dům, Skalice. Bakalářská práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra architektury, 2025. Vedoucí práce: Ing. arch. Igor Krčmář. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a projektovou dokumentací dvoupodlažního rodinného domu pro manželský pár se dvěma dětmi. Objekt je situován v obci Skalice u Frýdku-Místku, v prostředí venkovské zástavby. Cílem návrhu bylo vytvořit funkční a esteticky vyvážený dům, který bude respektovat charakter okolní krajiny a architektury, a zároveň splňovat požadavky na energetickou úspornost a komfort bydlení. Součástí práce je architektonický návrh, dispoziční a konstrukční řešení, technické vybavení objektu a posouzení souladu s platnými stavebními normami a předpisy.

Igor Krčmář. This bachelor thesis deals with the design and project documentation of a two-storey family house for a married couple with two children. The building is located in the village of Skalice near Frýdek-Místek, in a rural environment. The aim of the design was to create a functional and aesthetically balanced house that would respect the character of the surrounding landscape and architecture, while meeting the requirements for energy efficiency and residential comfort. The thesis includes the architectural design, spatial and structural solutions, technical equipment of the building, and an assessment of compliance with applicable building standards and regulations.
