Abstract
A small residential house is the bachelor thesis assignment. The house itself has four dwelling
units. Its plot of ground is situated in Brno Jundrov undisturbed part with a veiw of Holedna
game preserve.
The object includes three cubic formations.
An implementing project is the bachelor thesis content. The work comprises its
architectural-constructional part (80%) and its building construction specialization (20%).
