Analýza energetické náročnosti vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza energetické náročnosti vybrané společnosti. Tato práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na energetiku v pivovarnictví, zejména spotřebu elektrické energie a tepla, včetně základního popisu státní energetické koncepce. V další části je popis a charakteristika společnosti, energetická bilance závodu s popisem technologie a návrhem možných opatření vedoucích k dosažení úspor energií.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the energy performance of a selected business. The theory part of the thesis focuses on utilities management in the brewing industry and, in particular, on the usage of electricity and thermal energy including the basic description of the National Energy Policy. The following part contains a description and characteristics of the selected brewing business, the energy balance of its production plant, a description of the technology and equipment used, and a proposal of actions to achieve energy savings.
