Analýza konkurence výrobní firmy

Abstract

This paper deals with analyzing the competitiveness of manufacturing company MSA, through the analysis of relevant markets and Porter's five forces analysis. After finding substantial theoretical information about the concepts of competition and its measurement the company has been characterized. After that current exposure has been identified and also an analysis of the relevant markets has been done. Based on all these information the resulting competitive position through Porter's method is determined. Based on all all analyzes carried out are designed series of proposals and recommendations to the company MSA, which is producing armatures for industry.
