Detekce alkoholu a systémy snímání a analýzy registračních značek v silničním provozu využívaných Policií České republiky

Abstract

The introductory part of the Bachelorship Thesis deals with selected observations concerning the issue of alcohol and its action on an individual’s organism. The second part contains a list and description of individual devices detecting the presence of alcohol in organism, which are used by the Police of the Czech Republic. The third, practical part of the Thesis consists of two researches. The first one contains description of completion thereof with the focus on comparison of calibrated alcohol detectors and detectors designated for home use. The second one then describes quantity of alcohol in organism in relation to weight and gender. The fourth part of the Thesis contains a list of advantages and discrepancies, along with proposal of possible measures based on identified theoretical and practical observations. The fifth part contains a brief description and utilization of the “Automatic Vehicle Check” system. The final part is dedicated to summary of the described equipment, system evaluation and proposals for optimization.
