Flotace papíru

Abstract

V mé diplomové práci se zabývám možností odstraňování tiskařské barvy z recyklovaného papíru pomocí technologie flotace. V první části popisuji současný stav recyklace v České republice a Evropské Unii. Následuje popis, již zmíněné, technologie flotace – na jakém principu pracuje; činitelé, které na ni mají vliv. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na recyklaci papíru, kde popisuji její jednotlivé kroky a také složky separované při flotaci – papír a tiskařské barvy. Další, experimentální část, popisuje laboratorní výzkum – přípravu vstupů pro flotaci, provedení testů flotace, přípravu vzorků na analýzu a také výsledky analýzy, které v další kapitole hodnotím.

This thesis is focused on possibilities of removing printing ink from recycling paper trough the use of flotation technology. In the first part I am describing present status of recycling in the Czech Republic and in the Europien Union. After that follows description of flotation technology – on which principle it works; agents which have influence on it. After that follows chapter, which is focused on recycling paper. In this chapter I am describing the individual steps of recycling paper and also the separated components of flotation – paper and printing ink. The experimental part is describing laboratory research – the preparation of entry for flotation, fulfilment of flotation tests, the preparation of samples for analysis and also the product of analysis, which I am evaluating in the next chapter.
